Dr. Jennifer Dellett

Dr. Dellett began her career as a special education teacher in the East Brunswick School District. Dr. Dellett later joined the Rumson Fair Haven School District as a teacher and transition coordinator for over a decade. In 2017, Dr. Dellett joined the Freehold Regional High School District as the Supervisor of Special Education at Freehold Township High School. In 2022, Dr. Dellett became the Assistant Principal at Marlboro High School. In 2026, Dr. Dellett began as the principal of Marlboro High School.
Dr. Dellett received her BA from the University of South Florida, her MA from Georgian Court University, and her Ed.D. from Monmouth University.
As Principal, Dr. Dellett provides leadership for innovative educational programs that prepare students to thrive in a dynamic global society. With an unwavering commitment to student success, Dr. Dellett fosters a supportive and challenging learning environment that encourages students to pursue their passions, strengthen their abilities, and achieve personal and academic growth.
Dr. Dellett and her husband, Tom, are proud parents of five children: Nicole, Tommy, Chloe, John, and Liam, and reside in Monmouth County.
